Once we’ve agreed on the value, it’s time to showcase your home at its very best. We will have a day for capturing content, during which we will stage around the home, take photographs and video and create a floor plan. ready for use online and on Social media. A beautifully written description will ensure your property stands out everywhere it’s seen.

Step 3

Marketing Strategy

Every home deserves a thoughtful launch. I’ll build excitement with ‘Coming Soon’ content and offer early access to serious buyers before the big reveal. Together, we’ll make sure your home’s debut makes an impact.

Step 4

Viewings & Feedback

Getting people through the door is key! I’ll arrange and manage all viewings, and after each one, I’ll share helpful feedback so you’re always in the loop. We will have regular reviews to keep the marketing fresh and effective.

Step 5

Navigating negotiations

Negotiating the best offer is both an art and a science. With my decades of experience, I’ll handle every conversation with skill and care, working hard to get you the best possible price.

Step 6

The legals

Once you accept an offer, I’ll be your main point of contact, coordinating with solicitors and keeping everyone in the chain updated. My goal is to make this part of the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Step 7

Moving Day!

Once contracts are signed and the date is set, I’ll coordinate the key handover and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Congratulations – you’ve sold your home!
